I can’t remember what the occasion was, but Jon bought a bouquet of flowers to surprise me after work and he brought me to Villa Bali for a nice dinner. Kinda nice to still go out for dates after so long?

Paparazzi

Just watched An Education and I really loved it. I love a romantic, period film with a female protagonist. I’ll say Carey Mulligan is my latest favourite female actress! Other than Natalie Portman and Keira Knightley. I love a classic woman. If I had a daughter, I’ll give her a classic name. It might be generic, but with the hybrid names these days, maybe classic names will eventually be unique again.

Socks and Balls

Its been too long since I updated. I’ve been playing with iMovie and I’m so so glad to figure out how to rotate videos! This is way overdue – an afternoon at Dairy Farm Quarry with a few socks and balls they call Poi. Karen’s teaching us and it sure ain’t as easy as it looks!

BBQ with the city view

We celebrated Audrey’s birthday with a cosy BBQ at Smng’s and presented a foldable bike to the eco-loving hippie Auds. We haven’t stayed out this late in a long, long time. Happy XXth birthday!
